Even before we went to Vietnam we were no strangers to the cuisine. We first experienced it in Vancouver in 1996 and have had it since in the USA, France and many times in London.
The “real thing” didn’t disappoint and we never had a bad meal the whole two times we were there.
From simple Pho noodles to fully fledged banquet style meals, everything we ate was wonderful.
